When we think of Food, what comes to our mind ?

Chicken tikka, Curry & Biryani.

But there are part of the world where meat has no limitation, cooking is done with different styles.

Here I take you to World of Wierd Foods cooked all around the world.

HAGGIS ( Scotland) – in this delicacy a sheep’s heart, liver and lungs minced and mixed with onions, oatmeal, suet and seasoned with salt and spices cooked inside the animal’s stomach. It is one of Scotland 's favorite dish.

Black pudding (England) – it is Congealed blood cooked up with various natural flavorings, thickening agents like suet and breadcrumbs and stuffed into a sausage skin. Even though idea of this is daring but final dish tastes yummy.
