HUMMUS WITH SMOKY RED BELL PEPPER

INGREDIENTS:
CHICK PEAS 250 GMS SOAKED OVER NIGHT
ONE LARGE RED BELL PEPPER ROASTED ON CHARCOAL.
OLIVE OIL AS REQUIRED
LEMON JUICE TWO TABLE SPOON
CHOPPED GARLIC A TEA SPOON
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
METHOD:
BOIL THE CHANA TILL IT IS SOFT, COOL IT DOWN .MAKE A FINE PASTE IN A BLENDER. NOW ADD SKINED ROASTED BELL PEPPER IN THE BLENDER WITH SALT, PEPEER, LEMON JUICE, FINE CHOPPED GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL.
MIX ALL THE INGREDINTS AND SERVE PINKISH COLOUR HUMMUS WITH PITA BREAD OR ROTI.
STORE IT IN THE FRIDGE AND USE AS DIP OR USE IT FOR SANDWICHES.
IT TASTES OUT OF THE WORLD.
