STORING HERBS: Store coriander leaves and curries leaves in airtight containers in the fridge.so that they remain fresher for longer.
FOR CRISPY POTATO BHAJI:soak the peeled potatoes in cold water for 30 - 45 minutes and then fry them with your masalas.
SOFTER ROTIS: Add lukewarm to hot water while kneading.rest the dough for some time.
RIGHT WAY TO COOK RICE: add little oil while cooking the rice.so they don’t stick to one another. Keeping them pearl white add little lemon juice.
ODOUR FREE MICROWAVE: keep coffee beans in a bowel.
